Colorado is an interesting state to drive through. The weather can be unpredictable. I drove through Colorado on March 6 on my way back to Pennsylvania. It started to snow and the driving was somewhat treacherous. I stopped and took photos of the breathtaking scenery alongside a major highway. It was not a very smart decision due to the heavy truck traffic and a small shoulder. Luckily, I saw a rest stop which was a short distance off the highway. Not many people were around. I usually don’t stop at such places but I needed a rest and I had to go to the bathroom. The Colorado river flowed through the rest stop which was nice to see. The shoreline was composed of small stones and rocks. I spent time searching the area for stones that which I will polish. The scenery was breathtaking! I love ice storms! I am always amazed at our Creator’s beauty.
Ecclesiastes 3:11 (NIV): “He has made everything beautiful in its time.”
