Tell us about your favorite pair of shoes, and where they’ve taken you.
My most favorite pair of shoes are the ones I have on my feet! Truth be told I like all my shoes. I don’t have that many of pairs of shoes. Too many pairs are hard to keep up with and take care of. I have had to expand the type of shoes/boots I buy due to my location. I have several pairs of different types of winter boots. I have had several memorable pairs of shoes. They include earth shoes, clogs in college and platform shoes. My most favorite current pair of shoes are a pair of leather flats that I purchased at Walmart for fifteen dollars. They served me well but one shoe has a hole in the sole and it will cost more to repair it then the cost of the shoes. My other pair of shoes are sweetish clogs with a good instep.I bought them on sale at a Tractor Supply store. Buy one pair get another half off. Nurses where them. These shoes cost over $150.00 a pair now. I like shoe shopping though. I remember a time when I drove to Annapolis, MD to shoe shop for college and I bought several pairs of shoes. I do like shoes! My shoes take me everywhere. I am glad they can’t talk!
