What makes a good leader?
To be a good leader one must have the ability to utilize the strengths and assests of the people they are working with. A leader must also be attentive to detail an dedicated. The also should give credit where credit is due. They must be able to build confidence within the team. Being gracious and moral are also good traits of a leadet.
