Infrared Photography of Cape May’s Fishing Boats

I recently took a trip to Cape May, NJ to photograph fishing boats. The last time I visited was twenty some years ago. This visit I used an infrared camera which shot in deep black, 850 nm. This filter blocks out all color.

Elements for a great image using this style of photography include water, clouds and boats.

Here are my images from my recent trip.
